Why it’s worth 90 minutes.

Most of us use AI like a smarter search box. An agent does a job: it reads your calendar, pulls the email thread, writes the brief and checks with you before anything goes out. Once you’ve built one, you’ll start seeing where the next ones fit.

To use

One working AI agent.

Built in the session on your own email, calendar and drive. It writes your meeting briefs from the next morning.

To keep

The skills our own team uses.

A starter pack of the Claude skills we run every day, ready to install and change to suit you.

To think with

An eye for the next one.

Which jobs in your week suit an agent, which stay with a person, and what changes when a whole team shares one.

The 90 minutes, in two parts.

Part 115 min

How agents work, then one built live.

Where AI agents are today and the jobs businesses hand them: skills, context, and how AI connects to your tools. Then Justin builds a working agent in front of you, including where it stops to ask a person.

Part 275 min

Build yours.

Hands-on. You build the same agent on your own accounts, with our team on hand when you get stuck. You leave with it running.

What you’ll learn.

  • What an AI agent is, and the kind of work it can take off your plate today.
  • How skills work: teach AI a job once, and it runs the same way every time.
  • How to give AI the right context so its answers fit your work, not anyone’s.
  • How AI connects to your tools, like your email, calendar and drive.
  • How to pick the right model for each part of a job.
  • AI for one person, and AI for a team: your own chat versus an agent the whole team works from.

The words you’ll hear, in plain English.

  • SkillsA job written down once, so AI does it the same way every time.
  • AgentsAI that takes the steps itself, and stops to ask you when it should.
  • Connectors and MCPHow AI reaches your email, calendar, drive and other tools.
  • ContextWhat AI needs to know about your work to get it right.
  • Meta promptsAsking AI to write a better prompt for you.
  • ArtifactsDocuments, pages and small tools AI makes for you, not just chat replies.
  • Single-player and multiplayer AIAI for one person, and AI a whole team works from.
  • ModelsWhich one to use for which part of a job, and why it matters.

Made for leaders who’d rather try it than read about it.

Made for

  • Founders, executives and department heads, whatever the size of the company.
  • Leaders who want to see first-hand what AI agents can do, before deciding where they fit.
  • People who learn best by doing. Fifteen minutes in, you’re building your own.

Not for

  • People already building agents every day. We start from what an agent is.
  • Developers after code, APIs or frameworks. Everything here is plain English.
  • Watching from the back. You’ll be building for most of the session.

What you need.

  • A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan. Either one works.
  • Your email, calendar and drive, connected to it. Setup steps come with your confirmation.
  • No coding. You’ll work in plain English.

Led by someone who builds these for a living.

Questions

Before you apply.

How much do I need to know about AI?
If you’ve asked ChatGPT or Claude a question, you’re ready. There’s no coding, everything is in plain English, and our team is around to help while you build.
What do I need to set up beforehand?
A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan, whichever you already use, with your email, calendar and drive connected to it. If you get a seat, your email has the calendar invite with the Zoom link and the setup steps. Join from a computer, since you’ll be building along.
Is it safe to connect my email and calendar?
You connect your own accounts to your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, using the connectors they provide, and nothing passes through us. If your company has rules about AI tools, check those first, or build on a test account.
Why do I have to apply? Is this a sales pitch?
We keep it to 10 seats so everyone gets help while they build. We read every application and follow up with next steps, and everyone who applies gets the recording. And no, it isn’t a pitch: it’s 90 minutes of how agents work and building one. Bringing a colleague? Have them apply too, so they get their own seat.
Will there be a recording?
Yes. Everyone who applies gets a private link to the recording afterwards. Can’t make November 12? Tick the box in the form, and we’ll send you the recording and let you know about the next one.
