Switchboard was built because the team behind it has worked at firms that hand off the build. We've watched smart strategy collapse into bad software, and good engineering get pointed at the wrong problem.

Nobody was working the whole arc. That's the gap Switchboard fills.

I was, and still am, a Mario Kart kid. There's nothing more satisfying than getting those mushroom boosts and finding hidden shortcuts.

I've always been drawn to finding more efficient ways to work. Across organizations of all shapes and sizes, from scrappy startups to large enterprise and government, I've loved breaking down complex problems, pushing for simpler and more intuitive ways of working, and embracing what new technology actually makes possible.

I've worn many hats: HR, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, and Operations. All of it led me to Switchboard, where I get to help other operators build the systems they wish they had.

CO-FOUNDER, CEO

I was a SimCity kid. While my friends wanted to play Mario, I loved building structure, literally and digitally.

My career was shaped by that fascination. I started as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at IBM, on large-scale government projects, then moved to Metalab, where I worked on products with clients like Amazon and Uber. From there into Operations and IT leadership roles, where the love of pairing people and technology only grew. Co-founding Switchboard with Jo was the natural next step.
