Who we work with

AI deployment for logistics, exceptions included

Loads move fast; the paperwork doesn't. Yours can keep up, with AI and software built around the load, not around the system that tracks it.

The Challenge

The load moves on time. Everything around it moves by hand.

Truckload, LTL, ocean, air, warehouse. The TMS tracks the clean load, your people chase the stuck ones, and billing argues about the charges weeks later.

Without an agent

With an agent

01The stuck loads

The stuck loads live outside the TMS.

A tab per week, edited by whoever is on shift, and no record of the call.

02The exception call

The answer changes with the shift.

Accept the detention charge or reroute the load. Two shifts, two answers, and nobody decides until morning.

With AI in the mix

The agent reads the contract and the lane history, then applies the same test on every shift.

88 accessorials checked
03The settlement

The invoice and the rate confirmation don’t match.

Someone chases the difference for days while the customer waits on a credit.

With AI in the mix

All three2,410

Every charge tied back to the rate confirmation before the invoice goes out.

…and many more use cases

Capabilities

The AI our clients actually put to work

Not a product menu. These are the capabilities we design, prototype, and ship inside your operation, in whatever combination the work calls for.

Document & data extraction

Any document you handle, turned into usable data.

  • Rate cons, BOLs, and PODs
  • Checked against your rules
  • Written to your systems

Agentic workflows

Multi-step work that runs start to finish.

  • Carrier onboarding packets, end to end
  • Check-call and track-trace exceptions routed
  • Approvals where you require them

Decision support

Faster calls, with the evidence already attached.

  • Your quoting and routing rules, encoded
  • Evidence surfaced up front
  • Judgment stays with your team

Risk, compliance & audit

Oversight that builds its own paper trail.

  • Detention and accessorial claims documented
  • Policy enforced in the workflow
  • Actor, time, and reason logged

Reporting & analytics

Reporting that renders from the source, not by hand.

  • Margin per load, with lineage
  • Built from live data
  • Your team reviews, not rebuilds

Conversation & voice

Client conversations handled in plain language.

  • Customer and carrier calls and emails
  • Full context from your systems
  • Resolved or escalated cleanly

Your own operating platform

The interface your team has always dreamed of. It now costs less to build than to keep renting your way around it.

  • One interface, not six logins
  • No per-seat bill as you grow
  • AI inside the work, not beside it

Most firms put three or four of these to work. A Jumpstart finds which ones earn their place, on your own files, before you commit to a build.

Case study

A maritime operator, rewired in place

Quoting, tracking, and collaboration, rebuilt around how the team works

A cargo surveying firm with 40 years at sea brought us in to make the systems match the work, from quoting to global rollout. Quotes that took an hour now take a few clicks, the work moved off the spreadsheets, and leadership steers with live numbers instead of instinct.

Security & Compliance

Built to your controls, not around them

You already have customer contracts, carrier agreements, and insurance auditors who check the paperwork. We build inside your rules. That shapes the work from day one, instead of becoming a checklist at the end.

We build to your rules

Your approval chains and record-keeping rules go in from day one. If your policy says a person signs off, the system enforces it.

Not our first rodeo

Our team has worked with personal data, SOC 2 requirements, and records a regulator can ask for. Yours won't be the first security review we've answered.

You own everything we build

The code, the accounts, and the documentation are yours. Nothing to hand back at the end, and the architecture is your IP to use forever.

Where to start

One workflow, one team, or the whole firm

Some firms arrive with one process that's breaking. Others want to rebuild how the business runs. We meet you where you are.

Start here

AI Jumpstart

A few weeks to map how a file really moves, audit your stack, your data, and your controls, and find where AI pays back. Delivered with a working prototype on your own files, before anyone commits to a build.

AI Deployment Studio

Your prototypes built into production software by a lean team that stays through launch, rollout, and your first audit on the new system. The code is yours, in your own accounts.

Questions

What firms ask us first

Do you integrate with our TMS and the rest of the stack, or replace them?
Integrate first. Your TMS does what it was bought to do, and ripping it out is rarely the highest-value move. We build the layer around it: the intake and extraction that fill it, the exception paths it was never designed for, and the margin reporting it can't produce. Sometimes the honest answer after a Jumpstart is that a core system needs replacing, and we'll tell you that. But it has to earn it.
Our data is EDI, emails, and scanned PDFs. Is that workable?
That's the normal case, not the exception. Rate cons arrive as PDFs, PODs come back as photos of paper, and half the day lives in an inbox. Reading messy documents and turning them into usable, checked data is one of the things AI is genuinely good at now, and it's usually where a logistics engagement starts.
Will our ops team actually use this?
That's the design constraint we take most seriously. We build around how your dispatchers and coordinators already work, in the tools they already live in, instead of handing them another login to ignore. The system carries the routine loads and the paperwork; exceptions still route to a person, because that judgment is the job. Adoption is part of the engagement, not something we hope happens after.
How fast can we see something real?
Weeks, not quarters. A Jumpstart is a few focused weeks inside your operation: we map how a load really moves, audit the stack, the data, and the controls, and deliver a working prototype on your own loads before anyone commits to a build.
What does the AI decide on its own?
The reading, matching, and routing: pulling a rate con into the system, matching a POD to its load, flagging a detention clock, drafting the status update. Commitments and customer calls that need judgment stay with your team, and every automated action is stamped with what happened, when, and why.
