A week for insurance: five jobs, each handled by its agent. First notice of loss intake (CLM-20817 · Marlow Dental) waits for the claims supervisor.
Watch one work

Watch a first notice of loss set up. Anything outside the policy dates goes to your claims supervisor.

It reads the notice wherever it arrives, finds the policy, and checks it was in force on the date of loss and that the loss type is on the policy form. Clean notices become a claim file with the right adjuster. Anything that raises a coverage question waits for your claims supervisor.

The first notice of loss intake workflow. In comes CLM-20817 · Marlow Dental. The agent works through: reads the notice and any photos, then finds the policy and the insured, then checks policy dates and loss type. When everything checks out, it ends at: claim file opened, adjuster assigned. When the policy dates check flags “Date query”, it goes to the claims supervisor, who is asked: Loss dated two days before the policy started. Send for a coverage review?

This is how it usually runs. Yours follows your own steps and approvals, set with the people who do the job.

Questions

What people ask.

Does it decide claims?
No. It gathers, checks and routes. Decisions on coverage and payment stay with your adjusters.
Which systems does it work with?
Your policy and claims systems, email and call notes. If one has no way to connect, that is quoted before we start.
Our process isn’t quite like this. Will it still work?
That’s the usual case. The job looks the same in most businesses, but the details never do. We map how your team does it today, then set the rules, systems and approvals to match. That’s what most of the 3 to 6 weeks are for.
Can we start with more than one?
Yes. Three agents share most of the setup, so together they’re $30,000 instead of $37,500. Not sure which three? An AI Jumpstart maps it with you.
What does it cost to run once it’s live?
Hosting and AI, paid straight to the providers, not through us. It usually runs 5x to 25x cheaper than doing the same work by hand, and we work out your figure from your real volumes before you sign.
