What we take on

AI for sales & marketing, with less admin between your team and revenue

Every hour a rep spends updating the CRM or assembling a proposal is an hour not selling. Hand that work to agents and software, and the pipeline numbers stop being something anyone argues about.

The Challenge

Your CRM tracks the deals that behaved. The rest live with your reps.

Inbound routing, qualification, quoting, forecasting. Marketing hands off, sales picks up when someone notices, and the number changes depending on who you ask.

Without an agent

With an agent

01The unclaimed inbound

Inbound lands in an inbox nobody owns.

The form fired, the thread started, and whose lead it is was never written down.

02The discount call

Discounts get decided deal by deal.

Terms wait on one person, and the quote sits while the buyer goes cold.

With AI in the mix

Approved pricing becomes one rule that answers the rep before they ask.

62 quotes checked
03The pipeline number

The forecast has three versions.

The CRM says one thing, the marketing platform another, and the signed contract a third.

With AI in the mix

All three4,120,000

One number every system reports, so the forecast stops being a negotiation.

Capabilities

The AI our clients actually put to work

Not a product menu. These are the capabilities we design, prototype, and ship inside your operation, in whatever combination the work calls for.

Document & data extraction

Any document you handle, turned into usable data.

  • Inbound leads and docs parsed
  • Enriched with your data
  • Written to your CRM

Agentic workflows

Multi-step work that runs start to finish.

  • Routing and follow-up, end to end
  • Quotes and proposals assembled
  • Exceptions routed to a person

Decision support

Faster calls, with the evidence already attached.

  • Discount and approval rules encoded
  • Deal evidence surfaced up front
  • Judgment stays with your team

Risk, compliance & audit

Oversight that builds its own paper trail.

  • Pricing floors enforced in workflow
  • Exceptions flagged as they happen
  • Actor, time, and reason logged

Reporting & analytics

Reporting that renders from the source, not by hand.

  • Pipeline and commission reporting
  • Lineage on every number
  • Your team reviews, not rebuilds

Conversation & voice

Client conversations handled in plain language.

  • Inbound inquiries answered and routed
  • Full context from your systems
  • Resolved or escalated cleanly

Your own operating platform

The interface your team has always dreamed of. It now costs less to build than to keep renting your way around it.

  • One interface, not six logins
  • No per-seat bill as you grow
  • AI inside the work, not beside it

Most teams put three or four of these to work. A Jumpstart finds which ones earn their place, on your own files, before you commit to a build.

Case studies

The pattern, proven inside bigger builds

We haven't published a standalone sales & marketing case study yet. The work has shipped inside broader operating builds instead: commission pipelines, quoting, account coverage. Two of them are below.

Security & Compliance

Built to your controls, not around them

You already have pricing rules, discount approvals, and commitments only a person should make. We build inside them. That shapes the work from day one, instead of becoming a checklist at the end.

We build to your rules

Your approval chains and record-keeping rules go in from day one. If your policy says a person signs off, the system enforces it.

Not our first rodeo

Our team has worked with personal data, SOC 2 requirements, and records a regulator can ask for. Yours won't be the first security review we've answered.

You own everything we build

The code, the accounts, and the documentation are yours. Nothing to hand back at the end, and the architecture is your IP to use forever.

Where to start

One workflow, one team, or the whole department

Some teams arrive with one process that's breaking. Others want to rebuild how the department runs. We meet you where you are.

Questions

What teams ask us first

Will AI be emailing my prospects?
Only where you decide it should, in your voice, under rules you set. Most teams start with the internal admin instead: CRM hygiene, routing, quoting, and reporting, where the payback is immediate and nothing customer-facing is at stake. Anything that would reach a prospect ships with your review and approval built in.
Does this replace our CRM?
Usually it feeds and cleans it. The CRM stays the system of record while agents keep it current from calls, email, and the tools around it, so reps stop doing data entry at night. If a piece of your stack genuinely isn't earning its keep, we'll say so, but replacement has to earn its way in.
Can this fix our commission disputes?
It's one of the most common wins. We build one commission pipeline from the source data, with lineage on every number, so a rep can trace their statement back to the deals behind it. When everyone can see how the number was made, the argument usually ends.
How do reps actually adopt this?
Adoption is easier when the system removes work instead of adding fields. Reps don't get a new tool to keep updated; they get call notes drafted, stages moved, and follow-ups queued for them to approve. The rule we build to: if it asks a rep for something the system could have known, it isn't done.
What would a Jumpstart look like for us?
CRM hygiene, quoting, or commissions. A Jumpstart maps how your revenue motion actually runs, then finds the one worth starting with, proven on your own pipeline before you commit to a build.
