The Role

Do you get energized turning messy business problems into elegant technical solutions? 

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to be the bridge between ambitious business visions and technical reality. You'll lead transformations that reshape how mid-market companies work, orchestrating everything from process redesigns and data migrations to custom automations and SaaS integrations.

This isn't your typical PM role - We need someone with technical depth and consulting experience who can translate between business stakeholders and technical teams, anticipate integration challenges before they happen, and keep complex projects moving forward even when requirements shift mid-stream.

What you'll do

• Translate strategic roadmaps into scoped, sequenced projects with tasks, milestones, and owners
• Manage concurrent implementations from kickoff to go-live, adjusting scope and process based on client needs
• Lead standups, manage task systems using Notion or similar tools, and maintain clarity across strategy, build, and QA
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to both internal teams and clients
• Facilitate handoffs between strategy and build phases, identifying gaps or risks early and solving collaboratively
• Guide clients through testing, and system rollouts ensuring adoption sticks
• Refine internal delivery playbooks and templates to improve how we work across future projects
• Champion clarity and structure, ensuring what we deliver is on time and aligned to business goals

• Projects stay on track, and when they don’t, you realign teams with calm and confidence.
• Kanban boards are current, scope is clear, and priorities are visible to all.
• Systems go live, work as intended, and clients want to keep building with us.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years managing IT or software technical implementations in consulting, agency, or SaaS environments
• Technical systems thinking & knowledge with the ability to follow data flows, understand integrations, and explain technical concepts clearly or facilitate conversation about them with others involved
• Hands-on familiarity with modern project tools like Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp (no rigid JIRA workflows here)
• Strong client-facing experience managing expectations and coordinating across business and technical stakeholders both internally and externally
• Adaptable delivery style - you’ve worked within Agile, Waterfall, or more flexible frameworks and know when to flex and adapt
